You’ll receive personal one on one training with professional coaches in baseball, Softball, Soccer and Lacrosse.

Our well experienced coaches and trainers can help you perfect your game.

Bring your team down for winter conditioning, we custom tailor our programs to your skill level and can help keep you in shape all year.  We are open all year for you to keep your workouts going for Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter.

Inside the new facility, kids and coaches throw batting practice inside the drop-down net cages. Balls can be fielded on artificial turf. Hine charges by the hour and offers group and family discount rates. Softball and football training is also available.

Our coaches have been coaching a minimum of 8 years with a proven record of success. SHSA settles for nothing less than a complete fulfillment of your child’s potential as an athlete and as a person. Our motto is “You’re the Product”.

We also offer Gift Certificates- they make great gifts.

Coaches

Our coaches have more than 18 years experience teaching.  They all believe in our motto “Youre the Product” and our goal is to make you a better player- both on and off the field.  We follow our students through the college level and have assisted many students to Division I and II teams.

Gamers

We have travel AAU teams that have won championships.  We have teams for ages 10u through 18u in both the spring and call.
